Hey guys..of course many of you know that I have a '99 Eclipse GS-T..I just got my GReddy turbo timer installed a week ago..I have been setting it to count down anywhere from 1 1/2 minutes to 5 minutes depending on how hard I run the car which I never race it or ever run the cock off it anyways...What really is a good time to set it to count down from?

sweet, thanks! I was wondering because it will allow me to set it clear up to 9 minutes and I just didn't understand why you would leave it run that long or any longer than a minute or minute and a half.

I bought the harness with the timer for a few extra bucks and it was definitely worth it...a lot less headache...I work for a dealership so I had a professional electronics/audio guy that our organization uses intall it along with my new head unit for me..He's awesome and very reasonable..He said it wasn't that bad and the hardest part was locating the speed sensor wire..Working for a dealership definitely has it's benefits

I had it installed in the same spot where you have yours, right below the head unit since there is no mounting bracket..my is the same thing as yours except I have silver buttons

I agree, 1 minute is good. I usually let the timer adjust via, alternator output.

No worries. That's their latest FATT, is it close to what you have?
