BCS:
Remove the BCS restrictor. This will allow you to up the boost 1-2psi without problems.

Where is this at and how would i do this?
Thanks

Ok, so i just finished doing this, i took out the bcs restrictor and also put holes in my stock airbox for the free upgrades.
So after doing this my car actually seems to be boosting less, so so says the stock boost gauge. Umm any idea's on whats going on?
And a side question, should i take off the snorkle/ram air hose going to the airbox? or would that hinder performance

Help please

the stock boost gauge is useless and you should invest in an aftermarket one.

Make sure u did it right. Thats weird. You dont feel it more powerful. Its not a BIG gain, so its not gonna make u sink into your seat. You should be able to feel the difference though. Its not that much, but its something. Make sure you did it right. Try this one: (helps out with pictures)

So i just cut my dump tube back, and took my car out for a drive, and now i hear a really high pitch Whine, definitly my turbo, just A lot louder... maybe sort of like a air tool. anything i should worry about or am i just being over cautious?

oh dear....... DEATH WHINE!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA... sorry... shouldnt laugh.

Well time for a new turbo!

did it happen only after you cut the dump tube?

yesh, it just started happening, it sounds like when u blow on one of those little toys... cant think of the name.
right now im checking the blow off valve, because when i shift under boost i dont hear any blow off noise... maybe the bov is stuck open?

So under closer observation, It' doesn't appear to be the turbo it's self because i can hear the turbo spooling up fine, but the other noise dominates.
its not a Whine like i first said, but more like a Whistle from a toy Kazoo... I dont know, pretty stumped here. hoping its not the trubo its self

So would that 1 fin be causing what im hearing? or should that not matter... I'm going out and ill record a video so u guys can hear the sound and let me know what u think it is when i get back.

ok. but i wonder how just that 1 fin is bent. something had to have gone in there and smacked it. i wonder what it was?

My gusse is when i was cutting the the dump tube a small piece of plastic got stuck inbetween one of the groves of the stock intake hose and didnt get lodged free until all the air started going through
Sebba

i dont think plastic would have done that. Im thinkin more along the lines of a tiny little stone or something.

Dont worry about the video i already know exactly how it sounds.

Well... you wont need a turbo soon... you will need it NOW.

well you might kill an 02 snsor or 2 when the turbo blows... it will be awesome to hear it detonate!!!!..

Can you film you killing it? PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE? just unhook the BOV and block it... then just let er rip!!!

That turbo is ****ed anyway.. you might as well kill it with some style!
