has anyone information about the 1.8 GDI engine that is fitted in volvos as the volvo site slags it off as being a problem engine i.e failing emissions test due to coking up of the valves is this true
if this is so then is there any quick fix other than pulling the head off and giving it a de-coke

welcome to the forum... is the 1.8 volvo the same as the 1.8 mitsu engine?? i dont think they aree, i might be mistaken though
