i have a 90 eclipse gst i just put in a new motor which is bored over 20, i have a 16g turbo. i just got my car running but i can't creat boost. the new motor has less than a mile on it. the turbo was creating boost before. i think all the vacums are hooked up. on a cold engine it spikes to maybe 5psi but when it is warm maybe 3 psi. does anyone have a clue on what it might be
