no spoiler pic?

Hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone had or knows of any pictures of a 2gB lowered with no rear spoiler? i dont have one on my car right now, and i think it'd be cool to keep it that way, but with my car being all torn apart it's hard to get a good image of what it will really look like... so any pictures would be a big help

Heres a couple..  It doesnt look bad.  But the 2gb spoiler is sexy as hell!

yea i like echostats car. But i think the wingless can only be pulled off with the right setup which is stock and i think a nice tint really hleps

well i had no wing on my last rs with th ekit and it looks sweet... and my gsx is gonna be all stock, and the windows will eventually be getting tinted... but it's not high on the priority list as of now

how about a reaaaally small spoiler... i think i saw one once....

no i hate the 95-96 spoiler, if anything i'd put the 97-99 high rise spoiler, but i wanna try to keep it wingless

I honestly think the 97-99 body style needs a wing to look proportional. Without the wing it just doesnt look right... stick with the turbo wing.

i had my wing off for a couple months.  liked it for a change (same as people with EVO's and SRT-4's that take theirs off just for change once in a while) but wanted it back on after about 2 months.

ya.. I need the stock wing..  It looks ok wingless but it just looks like every other car then^^

I showed a picture of a GSX to a girl (shes a car girl), and she says.... "It looks like there is something missing...." then I said.. "The spoiler?" "YES.... "
 
I showed her a picture of a big ole bench, and she laughed... then I showed her a pic of the turbo wing.. and she just said "Now that looks perfect, like it belongs on the car".

alright well we'll see what happens, i'm far from that point anyway i just wanted some opinions... does anyone know where to get the carbon fiber lips from? the real unnoticeable one for the front bumper

but i'd rather actually have a urethane lip if they make one just like it.  I think that'd be a lot smarter AND cheaper to have a urethane one

I still say echostats wingless was badass. And i like wingless on my car as well. But ever car is different. and everyone has different opinions.
 
So sebba your saying since a girl said it needs a wing then it should have it? Well i guess that makes sense since a 2g eclipse is a girly looking car anyways ......jk

haha yea and i love the way wingless looks on a lot of cars... agreed some cars do need something, but i think the eclipse has such a streamlined body that not having a wing works pretty well with it... plus every 2g and their mom has a turbo wing, so it's just something a little different... and when it really comes down to it i can always add one, it's only a few holes drilled... anyway, any word on that lip spoiler?

i like my gst without the wing. i think it looks sick. better than the giant shopping cart handle that came on it. man stupid ricers big ass wing on fwd = RETARDED

that one doesnt look as good as the first one! carbon looks way better

i might get flamed for this but i honestly think the 97-99 rs/gs spoiler looks better than the 97-99 gst/gsx does. I bet you could make a sleeper by putting a rs/gs spoiler on a gst/gsx. would have to change the back side panels thou.

well they didnt just use that spoiler for the rs/gs, they used it for the 95-96 gst's and gsx's as well... i had thought of that cause my car is a 95 but it's got a 2gb conversion... but i'd rather look sweet that sleeper with that kinda spoiler

i'd love to get one that looks like the carbon one, but in urethane... it'd be a little heavier... but it'd be a lot cheaper to fix
