I have a 1995 Eclipse RS, 154K miles, 2.0 non-turbo, 5-speed model. When the car is idling in neutral, there is a low noise level "clatter" in the area of the transmission. The noise stops when I push the clutch in. A new clutch was installed about 10K miles ago. The transmission seems to shift just fine. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Yeah its the TOB for sure.
I can''t see someone replacing the clutch and not the TOB. I mean, the clutch kit comes with one.... 99.99999999% of the time

What company was the clutch kit made from?

Earlier this year, I replaced the clutch, plate and throw out bearing in my 95 Eclipse GS. I STILL have that bearing noise. I now think that perhaps the fork that holds the TOB in place might be worn. Driveability is not affected, just irritating untill it warms up.
