I would try to warm up the exhaust, then try it. You might even try PB Blaster if you're careful not to get any on the sensor (they are really sensitive to contamination).
Oh yeah, you could also use the correct sized box wrench from a buddy or something so that you don't round off o2 housing.

I had the exact same problem with my talon. My solution was just to bring it to a shop where they only charged me $20 to do it. To me it was well worth not having to deal with getting it off

You could always leave it in there and buy a new one to put in the new piping

hm, could be a possibility. hard to change the wire? kinda expensive tho for the wire, found one at extreme psi - $118 OEM O2 sensor. hm, ill think about this one awhile longer, lol. thanks for the extra ideas.

Well, it's not just the wire, it's a socket looking sensor with the wires attached at the end, lol. It unplugs fairly easily from the connectors. It's just a thought.

hm, aight. called up a muffler shop near me. said to loosen it up would be about 10-20 bucks. going sometime today after 2pm. hopefully they can remove it from the pipe, it's kinda stripped a bit, lol...anywho, yeh. awesome.
Edit: alright. so i went to the shop and they loosened it up for me! awesome. now waiting for the car to cool down a bit before installing the pipes. thanks again for all the helpful advice. I've really appreciated it!!
