I just bought a red 97 gs with 97k miles for $3500. It came with minor, and i mean minor, cosmetic things. My driver side dome light thing doesnt come on, my driverside mirror in the sun visor is cracked, and my horn doesnt work. Other than that it is pristine with a new magniflow catback exhaust, new clutch, and new intake(everything else is stock). None of this matters however since I'm looking for an owners manual. I know some places just need a phone call and they send you one for free. Does anyone know where i can get a manual for this thing?

i checked ebay and yahoo, they were the two options that seemed to have the most promise but nothing came of that. I even checked google (which knows all) and that only gave me like 3 results that had nothing to do with what i wanted. if i just find a dealer or something do they keep stuff like that for models that they are a little older or a generation older than whats in production?

they might keeps some old manuals, but if you are able to go to an auction of totaled cars you will get those manual pretty easy.

I bought mine for around 45, but I think that's a lot for a owners manual.

wow, you guys got screwed. The price for the manual itself was $3.50 and the shipping was about $5 so I guess I made out alright.

i think you are talking about the owners manual, the ones that come with a new car. The one we are talking about is a "repair manual". And for $5 there is no way you got the same thing that they are talking about.
