pain and suffering? How much money?

well long story short. im 17 got beat up by some older adults. Sewing for that and for serving me alocho and for 3 months of pain and sufferin and hospitle bills. It wa shead and neck injerys. How much money are i looking at. Was trying to get 300,000 but dont think that will happen but i dont know about this stuff.  How much will i probably get?

well he is 17 and can and should be tried as an adult the way i see it is a bunch of people who made a mistake...one got hurt for being stupid and it trying to collect. 

old hell 30 and 49. been to teh doc a few times had to go to the ER. My brain is still actiong odd and im on muschl relaxents.

I just want enough money to buy a used lamborghini  I didnt do any ting i was sitting on a table and they came up behind me next thing i know my face is all bloody

And for what its worth.  I have 2 crushed vertibra and one burst vertibra in my back and was "supposed" to be paralized from the waiste down.  Guess what I got.... $5,000  3 months in a back brace 4 months out of work a few stitches, a parcially colapsded lung, had to reteach myself to walk in a sence (it only took a day but it as hard as hell) and spent a week in the hopital and had to make weekly visits after that for 6 months.  Yup $5,000 and I have 18% loss of movment in my back acourding to the doctors, granted my accident was an ACCIDENT.  I was  not drunk I was not underage drinking or drinking at all for that matter I actually didnt even drink at that point in my life was not a fan.  I just fell off of a telephone pole 25ft landed head first in the middle of the street.  I got money as a settle ment not sueing.   Sueing alot of times are just trashy, and for some reason I have a feeling you were prob not just sitting minding your own business here

a girl kept knocking my drink out of my hand. I got mad and called her a name. Later that night people got all up in my face about it so im ok what ever sorry. a little bit lator im sitting o na table and wam my heads being hit against the table and im being punched in the face. Just got stiches out today but im still not totaly normal from teh concushin.

pic link. that was right after it happened.  next day day my eye was only half open and totaly purple and black. Top of my head was all cut up. that pic was only a pic of my eye. I was all cut up all over. I swear my neck almost broke im not even kidding it was being twisted so bad.

Well if I dont get many thousands then im just going to put it into my car. If i get around 30,000 i would have a kit car and if some how around $100,000 REal lambo.  Get this after they beat me up I left. Then they called the cops. Cops went to their house. Then came to my house and checked me out then lator arrested them. If they didnt call, the cops wouldnt have even knew if they didnt call. And their the ones bringing me to court to saying they didnt touch me.  My dad hurt his back at work lifting somthing and sewed and I dont know how much money he made because I dont talk to him but he has been living off it for a couple years now.

Seriously, you KNOWINGLY drank alcohol. Now, if they didnt tell you that it was, you would have a case. That is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. If a court hears that they will laugh at you can tell you to f uck off and stop wasting their time.
 
As much as i can empathise with your situation, being 16. When i go to bars im not a dick. I know im definatly privilaged to be there and i respect it. For example last night : )

No offense, but I seriously dont see anything over 10K coming out of this... even that would be a stretch.

i seriuosly doubt anything will come out of this case....but he is under 18 and the ppl can be charged and possibly sent to jail
