pajero climate control problem

hope some one can help?

when using the climate control the temp is set to 32degrees but they only blowing luke warm

Either your A/C system is dead and needs a recharge or the compressor is dead. Do you hear the compressor kick on?

yes the compressor comes on i think the car revs pick up when you switch it on
