If you haven't seen this, it's a pretty interesting pimped-out Peugeot version of the Outie.  I'm personally torn between the absolutely gorgeous exterior and the puke-worthy interior.

Ugly interior color combination IMO.... yak !
Looking at the interior, I rememeber that I'm still pissed that we did not get the same door panels with silver door handles.... and the rear seats release in the cargo space....

Wait....now the new Lancer has all the Outlander inside features? I'm sure all the new Mitsu cars will have this. So much for an original design.

Lancer?  This is just a rebadged Outlander.  And Dodo, I agree.  I would have liked the rear seats release at the very least.  I don't really care about the door handles as long as they let me get out of the car when I want to...

I like the European door panels better as they continue the dashboard lines. The UK models even have an insert around the armrest. And the silver door handles would add some more accent to the interior. So little change for better looks in my eyes.
I think Mitsu just cut the cost for the N/A market in order to offer bottom down prices.

Give me those door panels! Just not in that fugly pea-green color.
If anyone knows of a way for me to import these EU panels into the USA, please let me know.

+1. I want them too even tho, by default, they are not two-tones. The ones in these pictures are painted two-tones I guess.

Just take your stock door panels, tape them out, and paint them.

It's not just the color. It's the aluminum trim, the leather, and the soft padding. Look at this picture to see the diff. Just too much hard plastic on our door panel.

The shape of the door panel molding is different too. Not exactlly the same as on the NA version. Plus the fabric/leather insert gives a more refined feel.
The Euros get a sunglsses holder too.

just take a look here:

I see it by myself last week in Geneva Motor Show: i must admit that the exterior paint is really nice, much more than in photos, it seems to me much brown then green (it's called "bronze"), but's my opinion and the show lighting.

As already said, the H&H is only a style excercize and will remain the only built.maybe.

What i really don't like is the perfect styling between the outlander and the 4007 (and the c-crosser, the third clone): they didn't change a screw in the interiors of the three cars.

ehh, I kinda like it, but then again. No

IMO, the leather and all that is great, but I like the hard-textured plastic on the door panels. Its easy to clean, easy to care for, and you dont have to worry about some damn kid spilling **** on it.
just my .02

oh, and antilip, thats a really good point, wtf do you need a sunglasses holder for... I never take mine off. cept when I am home for the night.

It seems like every car has a place for glasses as much as they have cup holders

Its the American way. When you take a ride in your car you must have 1 pair of sunglasses and 1 extra large jumbo gallon jug of soda.
