I got an 03 Eclipse GTS, the code it reads is a cylinder 6 misfire. It started right after putting on a cold air intake. What it does the rpms will jump about 50-100 rpm about once per second. When I am driving and have the throttle pressed down any amount, and have to slam on the brakes, it feels like the vacuum for the brakes is gone. Does anyone have any ideas? Please help! I can answer any questions...

put it all back to stock disconect you batt first let it reset it self if it still doing it after its all put back to stock make sure you did not splice a wire and check your mass air sencer that you did not pull a wire out

Check your spark plugs and spark wires
