i want to port and polish my stock 96 gsx manfold and i was wondering where to get it done at and what kind of results i will get from doing this?

you can gat it done at any loval machine shop. Just call around at performance shops to find one close to you. Its usually around 50 bucks.
This will decreace spool time and maybe give you a little more power.
