We test drove a new Outlander and were very impressed. Our only concern is the lack of air vents for the second and third rows. We will consistently be using the second row for our toddlers and the third row for carpools with other young kids--it gets very hot here in the summers and very cold in the winters; so, getting the cooled or heated air back to the kids is important. Does anyone here consistently haul children around and can tell me whether or not the air circulation to the back rows should be a concern? Many thanks for your help--hope to be joining you as owners soon.

I could of sworn there were vents going back to the second row. I thought they were under the seat on the floor. Ill double check and update you.

In the UK versions there are two air outlets for the rear seats, both under the front seats. I would imagine that all versions are the same. They carry hot and cooled air so you should be OK as long as you do not block them with loose carpets etc!
