Alright, thanks man. I think i got it. I will let you know how it goes.

I am guessing the intake hose is the one connected to the PCV valve? And thats the only thing i have to remove, right?
About that oil catch can, did you mean breather instead of FUEL FILTER? I understand, that I dont need the oil catch can, but I figure it would help out more than a breather/ air filter. The oil catch can in the other hand will hold that oil and not let it run to the turbo.

Only if you are leaking more oil than you can put in, in a day, lol.
And I did mean fuel filter. That filter that you see in the pic is a fuel filter. The other pic of a filter in place of the breather valve is just as you said a filter. The only thing is, if you do have blow by, you will be spewing that same amount of oil into the engine bay instead of into a catch can or filter, so I wouldn't recommend you using that at this time, lol.
That fuel filter is cheap and easy. Figure out your issue first and then you can buy a catch can later if you still desire. A fuel filter like that one will allow you to see how much oil is coming out of the crankcase without looking too hard, just a matter of lifting the hood, taking a peek, then closing it back up. See, simple. It only takes a matter of cutting the breather tube in half and pushing the ends of them onto the fuel filter nipple and your done. A zip tie on either end wouldn't hurt either.

That hose coming off the PCV valve does go into a nipple on the intake manifold.

OH!!! So you are recommending a fuel filter there? Where can I get one of those.... I understand now.

They can be bought from any parts store. It doesn't even matter what brand or size that you get, just as long as it has a nipple on either end and that the nipples will fit into the breather tubes.

Do you have one?

You bet I do. Mine is a different variation to that catch can that you posted in another thread. Click my sig and it will take you to page 4. I get a pinky's amount of oil in it every other month
You can kind of see it in the pics, it's actually a air tank's filter. I got creative with mine, it works just the same though.

Thanks for the comment
I got mine from home depot (you did know that home depot is another parts store for DSMs right, lol).
I edited my post above yours btw.
The turbo is an FPBig28, soon to be a Hahn Super16G...not soon enough though.

You got the fuel filter at HOME DEPOT? How much was yours? And what section did you find it in?
So that fuel filter, just lets you know how much oil you get in? Thats all it does?

Hey man, about that PCV vavle. Do i have to unplug anything or drain anything before putting it on? Or do I just have to unplug the hose connected to it, unscrew the old one, screw on the new one and then plug the hose?

DOUBLE POST! I FOUND THE ANSWER.... Thanks guys.

Have you looked at it bro? It's just a tube that goes into the intake manifold. The only thing that you may encounter is oil and it should only be a tiny amount. There is nothing else to remove, no fluid to lose, or anything like that.

like he said, change your pcv valve. The valve keeps positive pressure from the intake (boost ) entering the valve cover ; acting as a check valve, and on to the suction side of your turbo thru the little hose coming from the valve cover on the left side of the valve cover. When your not boosting ( vacuum ) the pressure in the engine from blow-by escapes thru the PCV ( POSITIVE CRANKCASE VALVE PRESSURE RELIEF ) to the intake so pressue does not build up in the block . I hope this helps

All right I skimmed through this and I'm going to give my $0.02 based on the knowledge from my Conquest. The oil in the IC piping points to one thing and 1 thing only. Turbo seals going south. The fact that it's taking longer to spool sends MORE flags up in that area. Check your shaft play NOW and catch it before it gets worse. Take the piping off the turbo (airways not oil or water) and grab your shaft with your fingers. Wiggle up and down and in and out. Guage how far you move it and post here.

I re-read your post and from what i can figure is that maybe the BOV could of been plugged with oil coming from your previous turbo or bad pcv and let loose and maybe now its not sealing properly.

Hey Sanguinius, its a new turbo. I checked it out and it had no shaft play. I will check it again though. I cleaned the entire intercooler piping. So, all i have left to do is the PCV and change my cat, according to some guys. Its alright though because my Megan downpipe got here today along with the o2 housing, and I bought the PCV valve yesterday. So I will do all this and see what happens.
But Sanguinius, do you seriously think it might be shaft play? I had this turbo in for about a month and a half. When I cleaned out the intercooler piping and even the intake piping i looked at the turbo, stuck my fingers in and spun it and it spun freely. I didnt try to wiggle it up and down. I guess i gotta check that out.

i think sang should have skimmed a bit more because from what i have been reading and seeing as your problems, i dont think its the turbo. I believe like silvercoupe has been saying that you need either a breather or a filter for the oil and then you need to replace the PCV valve and it should definetly help it.

just because its new doesnt mean its good,i go through this alot for some reason with new bad parts. i tore apart this overcooked trashed engine, the turbo really doesnt have any play in the shaft, but as i was running the oil pump oil started dripping out of the turbo from inside , the intercooler was full to the top, there was oil all up through the hoses, intake and BOV, ... just my experience
check the turbo pull the pressure side hose off, start it up and see if oil flys out after running it for a while, just dont stick your finger in it

Alrighty, I am going for that fuel filter then. I already have the PCV valve too. I might just go to home depot and get it...
By the way silvercoupe97, do you have that filter connected to the intake pipe? So, let me get one thing straight. When I put that filter on, I will obviously check it every once in awhile. But if oil stays in there, i eventually have to take it off and pour it out, right?
