Are the deep blue Outlanders hard to keep clean? I''''m looking at one and I love the color, but I''''m picturing my wife''''s dark green cavalier and that gets water spots after every car wash! Thanks for any info!

So are you saying that if I take it to a car wash and wash it without hand drying, I will end up with water spots? I mean, I love how it looks all shined up...its ok if I drive in a dusty area and gets dirty, but I don''''t want to have to towel dry it everytime I wash it! (I don''t have a garage or carport as of yet)

then dont get this color, every dark color has the same problem.. I had a black car once, and its badest
I got the Graphite Gray, its the best choice in between.
plus looks nice with all the silver details the car has

Yep it''s dirty!! I had an S10 pickup one time almost the same color. And if i looked at a dirt road the truck got dirty. My blue outlander is the same way. The dust and dirt shows up very easily.

I did a 4 hour wash a wax once and 2 days later, just as dirty. You know what''s just as bad? I have black interior also.

Thanks everyone...I have since decided on the dark grey Outlander...it doesn''t have quite as many options, but I know I would have been unhappy with the other colors...

my dealer asked me to pick 3 choices and i picked in order of Black, White and Graphite Grey. But when he told me he had found a black one a few days later, i wished i had asked for Graphite Grey instead.
suits the Outtie much better kinda like the FX35/45.

I actually find the Deep Blue fairly easy to keep looking good. This is coming from a black car, and taking care of my family''s three black cars as well. ;)
Getting a car to look shiny doesn''t happen by accident, you have to put the time into it to make it look good.
