yea, ur stock turbo will get ur around 210hp... with the e316g and all supporting mods you'll get around 350hp... pretty big jump lol

yes you will however you wont be able to use it to its full potential unless you get the supporting mods like fuel pump, injectors, etc.

sorry yea, i shoulda gone into better detail... you'll need at least a 190lph fuel pump, 660 injectors, fuel controller, exhaust, fmic (front mount intercooler)

i have a exhaust and front mount intercooler but dont really feel a big diff from a stock to a 16g turbo is dat normal or do i need to dyno tune it and i only have stock internals

dyno tuning just dials the engine in to the full potential. but dont forget to upgrade your fuel system (injectors, and 195lph pump, fuel controller.) but you can do a street tune with a wideband and safc.
there's also a search button that its soul purpose is to help people find info. just type in turbo upgrade or 16g and you can find a list of things you need to get to upgrade your turbo.

Solina- you have to have the other supporting mods, like they said, atleast 190lph fuly pump, bigger injectors and a fulecontroller (widerband O2) if you don't have those things then it can be dangerous to be runnig the 16g, especially at high boost. If you do have all those things then do you have a boost controller, if you do what psi are you running?

solina, you wont feel a big difference until you get your fuel delivery system up to par

15 psi. another question is it better to put ur bov in soft or hard with a 16g turbo?

at 15 pounds itd be around medium you want to not be able to hear the bov on vacuum you should only hear it when your boost gauge shows your actually boosting just have it on soft and work your way up tightening it till you can not hear it on vacuum only on boost then your set otherwise if its too soft your running rich and if its to hard its compressor surge

Basic things needed to run 16g to max potential.
Exhaust
Intake
BOV (recirculated)
Injectors (between 550 and 660cc)
Apexi SAFC II
Boost Controller
Boost Gauge
Wideband O2 Gauge
Front Mount Intercooler
Walbro 190lph Fuel Pump
After you tune the SAFC (really easy) you should be able to crank it up to about 23psi, and enjoy : )
I know you have a few of these things already, so dont worry. Just out of curiosity, where did you get your FMIC and the rest of your parts?

It wont do anything without a boost controller.. Because your car will run at stock boost (9-12) no matter what you have done to it without a controller.
