I've got a 2000 Montero and it suddenly started making a clicking noise and a little whining noise coming out of the speakers when the radio is on. It doesn't do it when a CD plays, only on FM/AM radio. You can still hear the music, but also the click click click especially when the car is at higher rpm than just idle. Any ideas on what could be causing this?? Oh, and everything in the car is original, no aftermarket stereo equipment.
