Ralliart help

I have a Lancer Sportback Ralliart. I want to get better performance and better gas mileage. If anyone knows anyway to improve either one tell me.

Intake cold air or even a drop in KnN or something

intake and exhaust system...and yaw done...( talk about fuel saving tips...lol)
