RANT about potheads!

Ok so as some of you know I work at mcdonalds(have for about 9 months now)...being as there isnt a whole lot of job opportunities for a kid my age around here...anyhow it pays ok so i usually just deal with some of the bullshit that goes on around there.

Alright well anyhow a girl that works their is a managers assistant([(not a manager) and she was being ungodly hateful to everyone a couple days ago...and shes like "i hate everyone who works here and i need a raise"...so i tell her that a possitive attitude could help...she blows up on me...threatens to have me fired and the whole works. Well then i talk to an actual manager that agrees the bitch is hateful and i wont get fired.

Now the bad part...the next day she comes in the break room chewing me out on my break...and someone decided to bring up the issue of pot...oh god...i like to think i have some morals...so i mention that smoking weed is unhealthy and irresponsible...then i have the managers assitant and half a dosen other people argueing with me telling me pot doesnt hurt you at all LOL...so now i have at least a dozen coworkers that hate me couse i dont agree with getting high...I actually got called "****ing stupid" by a guy that started like 2 days ago after he tells half the place he smokes weed.

And last the good part...i dont play games. The bitch once again said she was gonna talk to the head manager and get me fired...so i tell her he will find out about her and everyone else that smokes weed that works there...blackmail comes in handy. And all of the managers love me...becouse i listen, have never missed a day, and have never been late...she on the other hand comes in high on occasion, has offered me drugs, and is the most hateful person ive ever worked with.

I reallise some people do drugs...that is not my problem...but to tell me that they dont hurt you and that there is nothing wrong with weed is ignorant...it is illegal for a reason and i don't know any successful people that do it....

I apologise just have to rant...i cannot stand stoners.

drugs are retarted, i have parents that have done weed and alot worse drugs, and guess what. i dont live with ether my mom or dad bc of their habbits. i guess they didnt learn after the fact that the state of california took both my brother and i from them.

MAn my step-dad is in prison for drugs and weapons charges...He was the drug lord around here...Had lotz of money but it didnt keep him out the big house....my mom smokes so much she forgets im her son....my lil sister and brother still have 2 live with her...ive contacted the dept. of human Services and they say therz not enough evidence 2 do anything after my baby sister told them she picks up there seeds and stems off the coffee table in the livivg room...DRUGS RUIN LIVES.....PERIOD!.....no other way 2 look @ it...

dude dont just bash on all stoners. Half my friends are stoners. Theyre impossible to avoid, but theyre mostly all good people.
The people you SHOULD be ranting about are ASSHOLE stoners. Not just stoners in general.

Yea, theres usually at least a 50/50 split between the good and bad of each type of person... Like.. Cheech and Chong are good stoners... lol

i have mixed feelings about the whole topic/situation.   i know a whole $hitload of stoners who happen to be my friends and i don't think it affects who they are or what they do.   my friends are what i cal "responsible" when they do it on occasion they are not going anywhere, not doing anything and have nothing planned... i won't lie, i've done it a couple times but never did it until i was 20 years old... honestly if anybody has ever done it on here you know as well as i do (or at least this is my opinion) that weed should be legalized well before alcahol ever should be!! i'm not saying that ppl are irresponsible about it b/c some are.   i'm just saying that a "responsible" pot smoker is the equivelant as a casual drinker.

I dont mind stoners, as long as they keep it to themselves and it doesnt affect me..   I dont desire to ever want to do it nor do I want to hear about there problems b/c they smoke weed...   Irratating..  Where do you live we will have to make a visit and take care of them for ya 

You'd be surprised at how many people are successful...that smoke weed.

Like anything though, there is a time and a place for it...at work is neither the time nor place.

thanks guys.   i just try to keep an open mind to everything.    if somebody wants to do something that others don't like, than so be it.  but if they don't like it, don't bring it around others.     i guess the same could be said about street racing.  it's not for everybody, there are responsible and ir-responsible ppl out there that do it.  some like it, some don't, some get pissed, some like to hear about it etc etc etc on and on and on.    But i am a firm believer that Weed is as far as anybody should go.   I dont think i'm calling myself a hypocrit (but some may) but coke, crack, heroin (sp) etc etc are just plain effing stupid.   anything that can possibly make you addicted to it should be destroyed.     weed is not addicting.   i have done it only a handfull of times and usually 4-5 months inbetween....

Yea really... I mean, it dont matter what someone else is doing so long as it doesnt interfere with something Im doing... they could drink BLEACH for all I care...

To be perfecting honest IMO before anything is illegal it had to be legal at one time, that being said weed is like alcohol was before the prohibition. I sincerely believe there are more harmful and toxins in cigarette smoke then there will ever be in weed. If you compare weed to alcohol they are both mind altering substances. When a person is drunk they are drunk for a min of 6 hours coffee, food, and cold showers do not help. When a person is high off of weed 2-3 hours is all that is need to bring them down plus Narcam can be used to reverse the high as well. A person high on weed can eat or be scared very badly and come down. I am not condoning weed or alcohol just stating some facts. Any time something is used to alter the mind it should be used in moderation. I have no tolerance for drinking and driving or smoking and driving. When a person goes to work they should be there to work and when a person is “playing” they should play hard. My true belief for weed being illegal is that the Government can’t tax the sales accurately because it is too easy to grow so the reason for it being illegal is just Dollars and Cents.
    For the record I have smoked before but, of course I don’t now being high is not tolerated at all by the US Army!! That’s my two cents.

I dont really see a problem with weed until it becomes a "hobby". I live in a dead town of about 1,000 people, theres not anything to do, and there are a group of kids who just smoke weed and do nothing else.  Its kind of sad because marijuana is a gateway drug, if thats all you do and its the highlight of your day, sooner or later you're going to try something else and start going down that path. 

Now that I think of it most of my friends are casual marijauna users, and they are great people, not a thing wrong with them.  Myself personally, I still sometimes smoke when I absolutely have nothing else to do.   I like to catch a buzz a couple hours before I go to bed.  The next morning I feel well rested, compared to drinking and waking up with a headache or a queezy stomach. In my opinion it is less dangerous than alcohol...alcohol can lead to unpredictable behavior and drunk driving...getting stoned leads to just chilling out and eating some food. I prefer using my buddies vaporizer, instead of burning it, it turns it into a vapor, which is alot better for your lungs.  And yeah...going to work high is stupid and irresponsible.

you stick a piece of bud in a vap. it heats it up to the right temp...to melt the thc off of the bud and does not burn the bud....you smoke all the good stuff without all the bad stuff

Nubian, I believe you are 100% correct as per your belief on it being untaxable... its all about $$$, thats the only reason its legal. If anyone, (and Im sure there will be a few) would like to tell me that the bad parts of weed outnumber the good parts... saying THAT is what makes it illegal. I would be more than happy to show them the numbers on tobacco, alcohol and Oxycontin. The latter 3 are produced by companies that give up to 35% of thier profit to the US Gov't.

Yea, man... I smoke (making me semi-hypocritical, I suppose) I have NO idea why I started... but wish I could quit. Nothing beats paying to kill yourself. lol, Kevorkian should be Newports spokesman.

and also.. just think about how fast your car could be if you put that smoking money towards your car!!!
