sounds to me like you either need a new dip stick or rubber gasket on it. Since i dont even see the rubber gasket in the dip stick in those pics. But if that doesnt fix your problem then you have an even worse one called blow by, caused by wearing rings. So first try changing out the dip stick with a good one. If it still doesnt stay, maybe attempt to hold it in with something. If that doesnt do the trick then do a compression test on the engine because you may have a bad ring

te what exactly is blow by? im assuming it has something to do with a bad ring that lets either gas or ignited gas past the piston and into the crankshaft and oil pan?

This actually has a good explanation.
http://www.misterfixit.com/blow-by.htm But basically it would be fuel and air passing though the worn rings and causing excess pressure in the crank case thus it may pop the dip stick out

I had the exact same problem in my 93 tsi and it ended up being just the dip stick seal was worn out. I replaced the dipstick and it was fine ever since.

same here i think the dipstick cost me like 7 bucks not a big deal. i just wasnt cool to c oil on my driveway. but a simple fix is way better then it being something expensive like i thought it was
