It appears for the Outlander, you can only get the rear brake shoes at a Mitsubishi dealer....and $66 U.S. isn't my idea of a good time.
Anyone know of some other options? Are there no aftermarket shoes for the Outlander?
What about other Mitsubishi models...will something from them fit the Outlander?

why do you need shoes for the outtie, they usually last 60-75k depending on how you drive. are you sure its not the front that need the help

Well, as it turns out, I am approaching 60K. I'll admit, the rears aren't totally worn (I've got maybe 5-15K left on them) but I would like to have a set lying around in case I get bored one day.
You should be able to get replacements at any auto parts store......or better ones online. Just do a search them. There is no way you should stuck getting them from the dealer

Ahh, that's the problem...even went to the Raybestos site...none available. No local parts store carries them. Haven't found any online after an extensive search. It appears right now these are a 'dealer only' part for now.
