This isn't a modification question or anything.  Just a question regarding comfort.  I drive a 99 GS everyday to college.  Before I used to drive a Civic and an an Accord.  Both were very smooth.  But in my GS, I noticed the ride was very uncomfortable.  The bumps are now noticable, and the car shakes very often when I hit even tiny little cracks on the road.  Could it be the shocks?  Or is this actually normal for an eclipse?

Usually this happens when people lower there car..   But ya, if your shocks are shot, you will feel everything...   Do you also hear a rattle when you hit bigger bumps?

Lower ball joints. They are on recall, meaning replaced at no cost to you.

You gotta have it done at the Mitsu dealership too! If there is an open recall on them still then yeah it won't cost you sh!t...They have to run your VIN to see if anyone has had it taken care of before you. If it was already done then it's at your cost which is kinda expensive on these cars.
