Check Your distributor, something might be preventing it from firing at higher rpms.

Are you sure you dont have it timed 180 deg out? Sounds like it is out of time/or 180 out..

There isn't a dist on 420a.
Did you check your base timing w/ a timing light? Just double check everything you replaced and make sure everything is plugged in and you dont have any missing vacuum hoses.
Is there a cel?

I missed the fact that it was an esi

Glad you pointed that out

You should also check your fuel pressure when it starts to missfire, it could be a fuel issue.

k yea i will try cause it started all when the timing belt went yess i was 1 of the .1 % that didnt smash the valves into the piston after it was the exaust cam that jumped but if it was fuel wouldt it do it when the cam sen. was unpluged to cause tats the only way i can even drive it it can give u wipwash

yea i just duble cheacked no real way to time it yet i know it sounds like a timing issue but i brought it to top dead center and the timing marks are right and the timing is only on base computer timing cause of the cam sensor has to be unpluged and injector timing is off the cam sens to un less the cam sensor is 180 deg away form the crank idk realy or the computer is out of it burt a circuit or some ****
