As some of you know, I have had this problem for awhile of a high idle. Well I have replaced the IAC motor, some of the gaskets, and checked all of the vacume lines. I have come down to this. Attached is a picture of a sensor on the back of the intake manifold. I unpluged all the sensors coming in and the engine would react by reving up or something else. This sensor however, when I unpluged it, nothing happened. I was wondering if 1. that constitutes as the sensor being bad and 2. could this cause my idle to be high, around 1,300-1,500. I am praying to the all mighty car god, that this is the sorce of my problem.

I figured out, its an air temperature charge or something like that. It deals with how hot the temp and what the air fuel mix should be. Well I thought that sounded like the problem. Replaced it, luckly got one for only about 15 bucks, and nothing happened. And I don't think I have a BISS, sorry forgot to mention its the 420a motor. I think I am going to just give up and take it into a mechanice tomorrow, I have been messing with this for almost over a month and its driving me nuts.
