The best i've come across so far are B&M shifters. It has sort of a "direct feel", like other shifters feel more loose or not together, but the B&M retains the original shifter feeling. I like it and would recommend it.

Don't worry about it, there are two products B&M sells. They have the Short Shifter Kit and then the Short Shifter Handle. The handle costs less than the entire kit, and for the most part is a good choice. It doesn't allow the adjustability of the entire shifter kit, but is still a shorter throw than stock oem. The shift point(pivot point) doesn't change with the handle, but for the price, it's a pretty good deal I hear. Not to say anything bad about nopi, but you can probably find shifter or handle cheaper elsewhere. The cheapest place may be ebay, but you'll have to look to find it.
