2000 Eclipse GT:
Do all sunroofs slide and tilt?  Mine seems to just tilt, but I read online that they all slide.  I read it here http://www.cars.com/go/compare/trimCompare.jsp?acodes=USB00MIC011A0%2CUSB00MIC011B0%2CUSB00MIC011C0

I was also wondering where the built in garage door opener is that this website claims is standard on all GTs.

That site might be talking about how the button you push to get the sun roof to tilt and move back is about where a garge door opener would be at.

If you have a single button to tilt the sunroof, chances are, if you press it again after the sunroof reaches full tilt it will slide back.  I have the single button, tilt and slide.
Have you checked your driver's visor for the garage opener?  Perhaps by the sunroof controls?

the single button actually moves not only by pressing it but also moves forward and backward. if u press it the roof tilts, if you move it backwards and hold it the sunroof will slide all the way back then tilt up. it is then closed by pushing the button all the forwards.
