I just totalled an 05 subaru impreza, so i needed to get a car for cheap and found out that one of my coworkers is going back to brazil and is sellin his 98 eclipse, kissed some ass, got all buddy budy and im gettin it in january for 2800. Its got 80k miles on it, all it needs is a paint job b/c its deteriating. Obviously, a stock eclipse isnt gonna be enough...and im def. gonna save myself some money when when i buy it. i dont mind droppin a hard earned 3000 into it if its gonna have more horse than my old subie. There's a lot of conflict in opinions when the people ask about getting a rebuild and turbo or just gettin the GST swap. Please get back to me w/ your opinions.
