Some weird noises. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

When the AC is on low, the fan makes a pretty undesirable flapping noise Does anyone else have this problem? Heard of this problem?

Also, when driving 60 or above, the driver side door rattles. Anyone else having this problem?
