Hey everyone I put in a K&N air filter yestarday and my car started stalling when I would come to a stop unless I stayed on the gas a little so I turned the idle up a little, could the filter cause this?? And did I screw anything up by turning the idle up a little?? Any help would be great.....thanks in advance...C Ya

the most common problem when an intake is put on is the MAS not being hooked up correctly. Make sure everything got tightned correcty and that all the wires were plugged in

I adjusted the idle and now its fine, when I am in P or N it idles @ 1000 but it idles @ around 850 when sitting in gear with the brakes on. Thanks for all the help everyone, I dont know where I would be without this site, probably forking out lots of funds to some mechanic...LoL I am gonna do the valve cover tonight, then I will be replacing the head next to fix the oil burning problem so you will be seeing more from me in the future...
