Supercharging 3kGT SL

So i have herd alot about supercharging 3k GT SL models. Has anyone tried it how does it compair to the vr4 (when saying that i mean power) how do 3k gt's sound supercharged? Is it any easier and cheeper than twin turboing the SL?
