The neo is the same with a few more goodies.  Im not so sure what extra it has from the II

I think it lets you tune in 200rpm incriments instead of 500. I could be wrong.

I think that is one of the features but im not possitive about anything else

Not really when ost people dont even use the 500 RPM range.   Most tuners tell you to tune threw a 1000 RPM range

I know and that is how most tell you to tune them... as a matter of fact that is how my Evo is tuned up too 5500RPMs I think then I break it down  alittle more up there.

just to make his car 3g - up to what like 450+ WHP your going to spend lots and lots of money... and im being really serious... lol
