Recently I had to have the transmission replaced in my 2002 Spyder GT manual. The car has 37456 and is taken care. No racing, etc.... and 80 percent of the miles is highway. anyway I was wondering if anyone else has had problems. The dealer replaced it with brand new tranny and clutch. The darn thing locked up at 70mph going down a mountain. I had just left the dealership and was explaining I thought something was wrong, they test drove, checked and they thought nothing was a matter. go figure.
