ok i was thinking about putting a turbo on my car..its a 5 sp 2.0 DOHC eclipse..i found a t3 t4 kit on a few sites that comes with everything, intercooler, turbo, BOV..everything...what all would i have to change to turbo my car right..so that i don't blow my pistons out the top of my car

do you have a link to the kit. Because from my experience there is no "total kit" for the 420a. Im sure your still gonna needs electronics and such. But when putting on a turbo kit "cheaping out" is never the way to go. Only buy from a good company that is well known. And on your car you cant boost more than 10psi on the stock internals. Most people dont do more than 8psi to be safe

If your kit is complete, it should also have a boost controller and a boost guage. Make sure your turbo unit has a wastegate. Since your car was not designed for a turbo, you may need to make sure your ecu does not detect a problem just because you've increased manifold pressure.

Hahn really makes the best kit for the 420a, that is "complete" and I still think you need a few things with that to run your car well.. But don't ever buy those kits on ebay for them...

Around 3k + a few extra stuff youll need. So id figure on about 3500. Of course you can do it for cheaper if you buy everything separate and build it yourself. But its more trouble than its worth
