i want to install a turbo timer on my evo 9 but i have the evo 8 ecu pinout can i use this pinout to install it i know is not the same ecu but to install the TT i think there will be no problem i think???

No, you can't use the Evo 8 pin chart to install the Turbo Timer. I also have a Turbo Timer and have been attempting to install it in my Evo 9. I found a pin chart people say matches even though colors don't line up. I decided not to use it because of the color problem and have been looking for a correct pin chart with no luck so far. If you want the pin chart that is supposed to be correct I can post it here and you can choose for yourself.
