Upgrades for 2006 GS

I have a 2006 Eclipse GS (2.4 lt 4 Cyl). I want to add some power. Where is a good place to start? I have had trouble finding parts on the internet for an 06, I did find a Fujitsu intake, but thats about it. This is the first car I have tried to modify so my knowledge is very, very basic. I don't want to start bying a bunch of worthless crap! Thanks.

That motor should be very simple to turbo charge id aask Tearstone about it. Other than that N\A mods like intake and exhaust will make it sound faster and give you minimal gains the intake will be noticeable slightly but exhaust may not

The only turbos I can find are 4 2005 and earlier eclipse's. Do I just have to be patient, or am I not looking in the right places?

you have a 4G69 motor I think they have a turbo kit made for it but in a differant car maybe a lancer?!? Talk with Russ(tearstone) on here he has alot of parts for mitsus and turbo kits as well he may be able to guide you to the a good turbo setup

the Ralliart Lancer has the same engine, but the engine bay could be different

I think the R\A lancer is only a 2.0 MIVEC though??? I am prb wrong but that is how I always understood it. and I know the engine bays ar prob diff. but the turbo itself will work from the kit...well all of it but IC pipes most likely and that is an easy fix if you ask me

the '04 and '05 Ralliart Lancers came with a 2.4l.

the OZ-Rally lancer has the 2.0.

ahhh and the OZ is not MIVEC. I thought the RA had a 2.0 as well. so good to know
