With the ac on, The car Idles at 1000 rpm, when I turn the ac off, it jumps to 1800 rpm. Anybody know why it is dooing this now?

Your IAC sounds like it's going dead or has one dead coil.
Where do the RPMs sit when the a/c isn't on and after first starting it?

Accually, When I first start it and the ac is off, it wants to die. I have to hold the paedal down and make it run at 1500 rpm till it warms up. Just got back from auto-zone with a Haynes repair manual. I Have GOT to figure out this brake light problem! Have to use the car this weekend and have still got no turn or brake lights. Looking at wireing diagram now...........

It could be the entire lever if it's the combo lever that I'm thinking of. It has the turn, lights (headlight, parking lights), brights on it, right?
Have you checked your brake and turn bulbs? Lol. How about your brake switch on the brake pedal?

Oh, about the idle issue. It sounds like the IAC has gone dead. Another consideration is the FIAV. The wax pellet may be clogging the opening and not allowing air in and behind the throttle plate. Hell, the FIAV block's passages may just be gummed up, lol.
