Ok so this weeks problem is my car sort of vibrates in a pulsating manner when making long right turns like on a highway where the road bends right for awhile. You can feel it in the steering wheel it kinda feels like somethings loose but not sure trying to describe it best i can. Other than that it makes the same vibration on straightaways and left turns but only intermittently, not all the time, only sometimes, but the right turn all the time when going fast like 60-80mph on the highway. Just replaced the left and right engine mounts and they didnt help too much but they were clearly shot so i dont regret it.....any ideas??? thanx

you need either rotors, allignment, or your lugnuts arent torqued down

just to add to what estraw said tires may need balanced also.

I just had all the tires balanced, alignment done, and the lugs are torqued properly.......rotors look fine and i dont know why that would even be considered its more of a rattle in the steering column, i know what rotors feel like when there shot its definitley not the rotors, so that clears everything mentioned so far......anyone else?

brand new rotors can warp its do to heat. warped rotors would make it shake. thats all i can think of.

More specifically its due to uneven heating and cooling.

Check to see if the suspension is tight and check to see if your tires are balanced. Usually warped brake rotors will only be noticed when your braking.

not necesarily true, you can sometimes feel them if you get goin fast enough, and like he said in his first post, when hes going 60+ mph

How about the hub?
Yeah, hub might be bent. Has the car ever been in an accident?

it may be a broken belt in one of the tires, it happened to me recently

well, i have an update, so if anyone ever experiences this problem, this is it......we put it up on the lift and clear as day saw the passenger side front axle was completely shot.......the component that sits midway on the passenger side axle, the name of slipped my mind at the moment, was totally torn, so on to the parts shop again, thanks everybody for your inputs, i think someone even mentioned the axle.

the cv joint is what was torn, and since i can get the part cheap im just doing the whole passenger side axle as to not provoke other components to break from the stress from this

I still dont see how an axle would cause a vibration? A clicking noise yeah , but a vibration?
