It is hard to put a lifespan on an engine, but i would say that 200k miles and the engine has served its purpose. If anything I would refresh the gaskets/seals/rings on something that high.

Aight well i just bought a 95 GS for really cheap but it has 120,000 miles so i just wanted to kno how much longer i have before i have to put a new engine in or rebuild it or whatever i decide to do

you will be fine. Get it checked out compression wise and do a general tune-up. 120k, it is still a teenager. LOL
