What is the stock injector size for a 1990 awd turbo dsm?

So I have a question, does anyone know what the stock injector size for my 1990 Eagle Talon Tsi awd is?  And what is a good size if I dont want to kill my mileage but get some good decent power too.  Like will the stock injectors work well with a bigger turbo...like a B16?

1gen turbo 5spd injectors are 450cc, turbo auto's are 390cc.  450's will work fine on a 16g (not b16, thats a honda engine lol)  w/ a fuel pump and safc to control fuel.
