what to check for

hello all, looking to purchase an 05 eclipse remix edition  it has 87000 miles on it.  what r some the things i should be checking into on this car??  what r the common issues that i should worry about in the future?  thanks

Get a car fax report, check the body for any paint overspray (means it was in an accident).  Roadtest the car and play w/ everything and make sure it works.  See if the owner has any service records and MAKE sure the timing belt was done at 60k miles.
