whats the best tire size for 18 or 20'" wheels

just got the wife on 07, base, and it needs wheels, I was thinking TSW wheels..

19" tire are expense, I was thinking 18" or 20"..
also what offset and how wide can i go? I want the dish look or as much lip as I can get..

You need a 38mm to 42mm offset.  I put on 20 x 8.5 shod with 255/40R20 rubber.
