Ok I have a 06 sportback I went to the dealer ship today cause I love the new front end on the lancer was checking price's and wow they cheaper then my 06 WTF MSRP on my lancer 26,000 CAN new lancer 23,000 why is this??????????? I almost wanted to trade mine in lol...... Oh BTW bring back the SPORTBACK!!!! I would trade mine in for sure. Rob

The sportback did not sell to well. Don't think they will be coming back.

I never seen a sportback even though I only live 6 hours from Canada.
(im from Boston) i think it's called Hatchback in the States.
if not I'm not sure what's the difference....
Actually my 2008 is very expensive for my ES paying 28 grand with loans 12% ouch !!! because your looking at A BAD credit....LOL but I will have my Lancer until i die.

No it was called the Lancer Sportback and it was a wagon. Looked kind of like the Volvo wagan.

Yup, theres a limited amount of em stateside. They have the same taillights as my v70r. Theyre usually in what I refer to as "Unpleasant yellow"
