Is there any site where I can read my VIN number? I tried at Mitsubishicars but this site only has info on U.S. models. I live overseas and my VIN numbers starts with JMYXT not the classical U.S. imports 4A3AM.

Any ideas will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the info but unfortunately every site I put my VIN number says it is invalid. As I stated in my post, this car is not for the U.S. market, therefore it begins like JMYXT instead of the classic 4A3AM seen in the VIN number of U.S. imported cars. I can only guess that J is for Japan, M for Mitsubishi, but the rest is a mystery.

Thanks but no luck. I guess that if my vin starts with JM, maybe it was done in a mazda plant. Could it be?

I am starting to think that this car came from another planet. I guess everything that does not goes to the U.S. has an alien VIN that only can be explained by super-natural means. I have not found any VIN starting like JMYXTCW5 and so on in the internet. May be I should contact SETI. Anyways thanks a lot for the ones that tried to help. I someone finds something to explain my VIN please let me know.
