RomaRican -> All wheel steering question (12/4/2006 1:19:25 AM)

I have a 98 GS-X AWD and I was wondering if it is possible to make my car all wheel sterring like the VR-4? I just want to know if any one has done it. How much it would cost..[:)]

Nobody has done it... thats pointless

4 wheel steering would be awesome in these smaller cars. The Honda Prelude of old used to have it also.
Sebba is right though, no one has done it. Our cars are small enough to not need them whereas the VR4 is a larger vehicle. I believe that 4 wheel steering is also speed controlled.
I say go for it, be the first..I'll follow[:D]

You do realize all wheel drive and all wheel steering have nothing in common other than that they both have "all wheel" in their title, don't you?

I hope so, since AWS IS different than AWD[;)]

Well, the way he's asking the question he is making it sound like he thinks that an awd car would be easier to convert to aws than a fwd when in fact it would take just as much work to convert an awd as it would to convert a fwd. When I say work, I mean basically like shooting yourself in the face.

Well I wouldn't think Shooting your self in the face would be that hard, or take that long... But i could be wrong
