EclipseGSRoadRacer -> Balance shaft elimination (10/5/2004 3:54:19 PM)

Is there a way to do the balance shaft elimination on the 1st gen 4g63 without having to take off the timing belt? I know I got to drop the oil pan, but the less work i have to do the better.
