no, the exhaust inlet is where the turbo hooks up to the manifold. The Turbine inlet is what its actually called

^^ I agree
The FPB28 flows about 505CFM where the Big and Evo316 flow about 550CFM. The Evo, if I remember correctly, is more efficient than the Big16. The 16's do flow more and do have a little bit more top end than the B28. In the end, as with any setup, the faster car belongs to the best tuned.
The FPB28 has an advantage over the MHI turbos though and that's direct bolt up. If direct bolt up is important but you still want a higher flowing turbo, I'd suggest the Hahn Super16 with a 7cm inlet (over the 10cm inlet). It costs more but it flows around 575CFMs.

I am not a fan of the b28 myself. I have seen to many 16Gs acheive alot of crazy goals to look down on them

Yeah, because of pricing, the T28s are looked over. I'm an underdog'er so I went for the T28. I've got no problems keeping up with B16s around here...well, no one goes past 80mph here anyway, unless they want to get their cars taken away from them.

You need to port the exhaust MANIFOLD to match the turbo. Or you run the risk of causing turbulence and robbing yourself of power.
