hi first i have a 2nd gen '95 3000gt


?

can i put a JIC Twin Spartan Cat-Back Exhaust System or a
Full "turbo-back" system on a non turbo 3000gt. thankx

Hello wetwillymd and welcome to MF. Yes, you can put either one, a Cat-back or full exhaust. It's not a turbo-back though, since there isn't a turbo on it, unless, it's been modified and now has one.
I can't answer the "JIC" question though.
You can buy one premade or have it made in-house from a local exhaust shop. Just don't go too much bigger than the stock size since you're N/A.
