Hey guys, I am thinking about getting either a turbo'd 6 cyl or a turbo'd 4 cyl that are in perfect condition at an auto auction for my 2000 mitsubishi Eclipse RS 4cyl. I was wondering what eclipse engines will fit perfect into my car? Either way, then engine will be turbo'd. Also, how much horse the other engines you will tell me about have. thanks!

SEARCH!

Neither will fit because the tranny is on the wrong side.

You have a 3G 4G64 in your car those motors are very good for turbo charging actually. you can make around 300HP on the stock internals of the block.

SO in otherwords keep your motor and turbo that

Okay, so if I do that, what turbo kit do you reccomend? I have seen some full turbo kits for 900 on ebay that will allow up to 15 PSI on it. What do you think?

ebay is most likly a no no.

tearstone kit is the one you want but they are not cheap because they are top notch

yeah, I did. Only bad comments were 2 adn it was just slow shipping, the others were all about great product, fast shipping. So I dunno I might buy it. suggest anything else to make sure I won't risk my engine? What max PSI should I take it to?
