Could anyone from Australia provide info on the crossbars depicted in these pictures? Are they Mitsu OEM in Australia and they just don't have them on the site?

Mitsubishi make outstanding cars but they are let down by their dealers and its a world wide probelm.  My UK dealership did not know how to put the windows up and folder the mirrors in when using the fob outside when locking the car also he did not know the mirrors unfold when you hit 15 mph.

It's always best to buy from the salesman who drives the demonstrator vehicle home, he's more likely to know more than anyone else on a newly released model.

Hey guys! I just join because I just bought an outlander, picking it up soon. When I bought it, I ask for something for free, and what I ask for free was Cross Bars. They said they worth like 1100 Canadian Dollars, and I needed to go something with the price here. So I think now they start making OEM Cross Bars for the Outlander. I'll try to take a picture of the Cross Bars on tuesday, date of the SUV is picked up!

$1,100 CAD for crossbars? Are they made out of gold or something? There is no way to be that much. Usually they are around $300. Must be some dealer BS. Tell them to put that $1100 CAD towards your purchase price instead. I would be surprised to be OEM as well.

I found out that Rola crossbars are not available in US/Canada. They are an Aussie only item.
Rola people directed me to a local distributor – Repco, that might be able to ship international. Their web site doesn't have an online store. I guess I'd have to call/email them and inquire about it.  Any other suggestion from the Aussie fellow members here on any other auto parts online store that carries Rola products and ship international? I really want o pair of those crossbars. The price itself is reasonable (less than $300), although the shipping, duties and taxes will add up to the price for sure.

I'm not sure buddy! But thats what they said, they said that the Endervor Cross Bars are like 500 something. Outlander's Bars are 1100...They even printed it on the agreement sheet....Good thing I stand my grounds, and didn't rise my price at all. Those cross bars are mine for free! Yayyy

I still smell something fishy here, but I hope you'll get what you were promised. Still, $1,100 for a pair of crossbars is unreal. Please post some pictures when you get them.

EDIT: I just checked on Mitsu Canada web site and the Endeavor’s crossbars are $124 CAD. I think there is a misunderstanding somewhere. The only accessory for $500+ is the trailer hitch, which has nothing to do with the roof rack.
